Not sure if you had an oil and filter change on the to-do list, but that's something I would do before starting it up for the first time in a few years.

I checked the tightness of the hose clamps on the short turbo outlet hose (9179002) using a new tool... a 12pt 7mm swivel socket wrench. This little guy fits into the tight spots:

Agreed. I had been hunting for the 7mm for quite a while, and already had 8mm up to 17 or 19mm from previous shopping.

On this one, the other end of the 7mm is a 6mm. I think I've also seen another version with a 1/4" on one end and a 7mm on the other end.
