Grills are interchangeable. Doors will mount but basically do not swap unless you want to do a lot of work to make the electronics work. I.e windows, door locks. Tailgates swap! I would look hard at doing those hard to reach things like water pump, serpentine belt, Idlers, PCV system, alternator brushes (?), and maybe the power steering hoses if they have not been renewed. Those hoses are a real pain to replace when they go bad.
