Buy a new bolt. Old bolt you need to undo and cut off the head. New bolt needs next modification:

Check the PCV system is not blocked by doing the latex glove over the oil filler cap and check if it inflates at idle, and further inflates when rev'd. If it sucks inward all is good. You may need elastic bands to keep the glove on if doing this solo. Neil. Not just rev'd - it needs to be in Drive!...

Look first at the fuel trims (STFT, LTFT). If it indicates unmetered air sucked in then smoke the intake next. No holes found - look at MAF. If the engine is turbo, IAT is also important. I forgot to mention both oxygen sensors are supposed to be replaced every 100k miles. Old upstream sensor will degrade engine efficiency (MPG drops), old downstream sensor will report the dead catalytic converter.
