Lower control arms are 100k items on good roads , 50k items on bad roads.

That’s for lemforder or Volvo parts , not junk. Those can be 10k parts

If you fire up the electrical system with the seat disconnected it will srs code. You need VIDA or a high end scanner to clear that code

An instructor a few years ago taught me a good trick for non-racing seats: slide your seat back, tug the belt to lock it, and slide your seat forward so the belt presses you into the seat. I’ve always found it easy to get the bottom strut bolt in, then use my jack to lift and pivot the knuckle into the top bolt alignment. Maybe a block of wood or Hockey puck to protect the knuckle.
