Just a follow up - almost two years now (including two Denver winters) and despite that damage to the pan, the aluminum epoxy fix is still holding up great. Zero leaks, no sign of cracking. Good stuff.

My NOCO Genius GB40 is undefeated. Never tried to clear a flooded engine at -20, though.

I think a paint brush might be easier. The scaffolding can't be the easiest thing to lift up and paint with.

That turbo is too big. Where's all the low end torque? They could've used a smaller turbo, and had enough money left over to buy enough paint to finish the hood.
