Re: Should I sell my 2007 XC90 for $2,600?
I'm afraid it is not a good time to sell a car. Winter is here - people usually buy in spring/summer, but especially with the pandemic people are keeping a tight look on their expenses

Re: 2004 S60 First cold day of the year, no start issue.
With the key in POS II, is the dash temperature accurate? When the engine is warming up, does the coolant temp gauge climb steadily ? May also try wiggle a bit the wires to the coolant temp sensor connector, right by the thermostat . I'm assuming the battery is cranking nicely ?

Re: Radiator fan bolts just spinning HELPPPP!!!
Perhaps they screw into the square metal piece and got stuck in rust and the piece is spinning along. Can you insert a screw driver to lock the metal piece from rotating ? Are you replacing the entire alternator ? If the pulley clutch works well (see yt to check), you may want to replace only the re...

Re: Hard Brake Pedal

You can test the pump: in the morning before starting the engine, turn ignition to POS II and press a few times on the brakes, the pump...

Re: Steering rack input shaft seal. Am I crazy?
Are you sure it's the seal that is leaking ? Sometime we try lubricating the steering coupler just above and it leaks on the input shaft. What you may try for the seal, is disconnect inside the car the wing screw - it has a specific important torque 22 ft.lb and need be placed correctly with the hea...

Re: Difficulty Reinstalling The Power Steering Pressure Hose
This isa video on a 2003 rack which is the same as yours but this car is FWD and also the rack is filmed after lowering the subframe. Also note it's a weird aftermarket rack with a mix of press-in and screw in fittings - your SMI should have only screw in ones. See if you can use any angle from the ...
