Many states are now reporting they have more vaccine than they need because fewer people are coming to get vaccinated. I personally find this very disturbing. We have a widely available solution to a global problem and many people are rejecting it.

Two years ago I purchased Autophix ES610 code scanner. It is good to read and reset codes (including SRS codes) for Volvo 1999 to 2008 on certain models. I bought it specifically to reset SRS. Sort of clunky but it does what it is said to do.

Is this engine coil on plug or distributor ignition system? For coil on plug type check coil grounds and swap around coils to find bad coil. For distributor type, check condition of coil wires and distributor cap.

Why are you lead to think it is out of time? If you use the I marks, you should get the correct timing as shown in the figures.

Questions: Is 'they' a shop or just someone who helped change the belt? Does the engine crank smoothly without noise or stall? Does it try to fire and will not run? Are the I timing marks now in correct positions? If not, how far off are they? Beware! If the timing is much off, you can bend valve an...
