Post by manovlov »

Hy Buddies,

I have to plane to rebuild all my front suspension. But i don't know which spring i should get. On VWSParts, the reference is 354 66 41.

? N° 1 : Which trade do you advice me ? Does the LESJOFORS trade speak to someone ?

? N° 2 : Where does this part goes on, engine bay side, to the top of the "Suspension strut Support Bearing Front axle upper" ?

This guide is for later models, but the main parts are the same for suspension. viewtopic.php?t=91985

Hy Azik09

I need to rebuild my front suspension. The issue with these diesel springs models is that they are too strong, to me, impression the wheels dance on the top of the suspension. To me, defintly not a good idea. Again : to me. And your english ik okay to me.

I have a question guys, i don't understand what these boarded references are for. Which springs shall i order ?

I was incredulous when I read this, but yes , it's true! Now that I know these weren't offered in bright silver they'll be easy to spot. I wonder if they are as ductile as the standard ones, or if they took the alloy up a notch.

I was afraid these diesel springs will be too hard, but they are not! Much softer than stock lowered T5 springs.
