I suggest a Amazon next day delivery of a new makeup mirror before you return that one. Could avoid more than 7 years bad luck.

I made mine from demo lumber I charged $40 to haul away...used it to haul the last kid to Bryn Mawr and back a few years ago.
I would let my kid ride inside, but I'm sure you had good reasons.

navigation screen day/night setting

Recently purchased 2015 XC70 navigation screen is bright white, even at night. Occasionally switches to night mode at night, but switches back to daylight mode after a minute or so. I can't find any instructions in Volvo documents for adjusting day/night sensitivity.
