good idea i will do that i really don't want to take any chances of the belt flying off the pulley thats installed on the new alternator because of the horror stories i have been reading about people just going with the pulley that came on the new alt.instead of switching it out.

found these and they are the correct size bolts M8 i used the 30mm and put a nut on the back of it to secure it down better.
