Re: 1999 S80 T6 - Parked overnight, now engine making noise?
The starting was not smooth sounding? I wonder if you have sludge in the intake screen or bad O-ring at oil pan. There is a updated oil pick-up tube to prevent sludge from clogging the screen. You should check the oil pressure manually. Did your last filter have trash? June

Re: HELP AC system is empty in a day
You don't specify what you did to repair the original leak? Look at everything for a area wet with oil. Don’t mess with pulling the evaporator in the future. Thats just silliness! Pressurize the system with refrigerant. Then check all outlets inside the car with a electronic leak detector with the s...

Re: 1995 850 AC system is empty in a day
To clarify i got the car with the ac not working with no service history, it was my neighbours car for going onto the fields and his forest. But he maintened the car mechanically well, doing regular services so the engine is ok. I haven't touched the ac system, before doing this repair. The drier i...

Re: Locking car when warming it up?

Covid times have brought inner city scum out of city core looking for more opportunity I've noticed as of late. Since both the S60 and XC70 liste...

Re: '05 V70 2.5T High Beams died completely - looking for tips on wiring/design
No the dash blue light did not illuminate. High beam system was kaput. A twice leading up to failure the high beams turned on while my car was parked killing the battery. Putting a used switch or cleaning the old is not worth it as a replacement from Volvo isn't expensive. June

Re: Tires
If you can get them i like the Michelin Primacy 3 or the replacement 4 which are Summer tires. The Primacy 3 is quiet, super grip in rain. Supposedly the Primacy 4 has the same stopping distance throughout its life and is the replacement for the 3. I couldn't get a set when I needed tires last so I ...

Re: Don't Ask This Kid
Well forget guns! It's simple... if you are a wimp as RickHaleParker puts it and wish to kill the multitudes, simply get a 70's Continental Town Car and plow as many pedestrians till your heart is content! No gun, knife, or anything else needed... Substitute any real American car, or perhaps a 240 w...
