I've used a turkey baster to suck oil out of spark plug wells. I've also used small plastic pipettes to suck oil from places where the turkey baster wouldn't fit.

Try some seal stop leak for the RMS

Oil galley brushes, Marval Mystery Oil, some people add Simple Green to the oil. Whatever you do, change the oil as soon as you get the passages unclogged.

Be careful, the problem may not be just the cap or gasket, but the crankcase pressure. Frequently the drain passages from the PCV oil trap box into the block, are completely coked up and clogged. What's the best way to clean those passages? Robert said something about pipe cleaners, but I'm having ...

Woah woah woah! .... '94 850 NA have a Flame trap that needs periodic cleaning or replacement. It located on the side of the intake hose, the larger hose runs to the oil trap. Check the Flame Trap and see if it clogged up. New ones are about $5.00.

Borrow a compression tester NOW as suggested, check out a few of RSPI videos on Youtube, and see what you have BEFORE you do anything more. If you are looking for a daily driver walk away. There are many 850s and V/S70s in our area for the same price. I would consider this 164 a project car.
