Re: Stalling Out
You could use either an open ended wrench or a special line wrench that looks like a closed box wrench with a slit cut into it. I watched a video on this and he used a 3/4 open wrench to bust it open. 3/4 in = 19.05 mm so I'm guessing its a 19mm If you wanted a socket style, you'd have to get a 19mm...

Re: Oil on top of 960, examining plugs
brake clean and q-tips will work to get residue out of the nooks and crannies.
Spray on q-tip end if you're worried about getting it on wires or injectors.

Re: Oil on top of 960, examining plugs
I thought about brake cleaner. I was trying to figure out if it was harmful to the plastic coil tops. Yeah it might be.. That's why I suggested using q-tips to allow direct targeting of the gunk. Especially if you take the super conservative method of spraying it on the q=tip first away from anythi...

The threaded ends use locking nuts. The ends of the threaded studs should have Torx in them to use to hold the stu...

Re: 03 v70 non-turbo catalytic converter
Thanks for all the suggestions. Been reading that the rear O2 sesnor is a pain to remove. Any recommendations on how to remove? Brush off rust and long soak in penetrating oil. Remove with a Oxygen Sensor Socket so that you do not round off the corners of the hexagon. And use a proper O2 sensor wre...

Re: Oil pressure problems
About oil... 10w30 instead of 0w30 only means that it will be thicker on lower temperatures, at operating temp they would both be 30weight. I think it would only make sense if you recommend 10w40 or 10w50 or similar. I was going to reply with same thing about xw-30s all being approximately the same...
