opps, 94 850 turbo

ok so i bought a double din stereo today and i want to install it tonight, the question i have is.....

do the guide brackets for the stock stereo come out?

the reason i ask instead of look is that i installed a single din streo and if i want to take it out I will likely break the mounting bracket ...

sometimes the heaters work, some times they dont. is the seat heater in the back and the bottom? i could swear that only the back works but the seat dosent.

i was wondering how the seat heaters work? are they wired to the climate control and then heat up until the car is at ambient temperature or are they a simple on/off thing?

it has a rubber belt under the housing. i guess i should make myself a weekend project.

i think it may be a problem with the guy who installed these After market speakers before me, i will try tomorrow since it is so late but i think the radio may be shutting off the audio since the ohms on the Speakers arent right. the door and rear speakers have stock 8ohm speakers wired in parallel ...

I must say, Buying my volvo shocked me, it is full of problems and i don't think the maintainence was kept up on it, but i dont mind because i got it for 1400$ :) so far i have a leaking turbo and leaking Timing chain case, it needs new Hoses and wires, the Evaporator has to be replaced, the Heater ...

I am trying to install a radio now that i have returned from the sand box and i got it wired up and running and what do you know.... i am driving down the street and my radio just cuts out.... i re wired the harness and plugged it back up and it works again, opps wired the Antenna to the wrong wire ...

yea it has been cold, but sounds like a weird feature
