SEEMS TO BR SOLVED !!!

the problem seems to be the fuse 23
when I replaced the fuse the etm clicked there was power at fuse 7 and then the car started. I will put the car back together and test drive it but hopefully it is done!!

in addition in the fuse block along the line that has fuse 7 there is power at the first three ports in the fuse block but no power at fuses 4 - 8

1 will check the fuse but which one is 11b/23 the fuses in the box are numbered. but there does appear to be power to one of the terminals pf the main relay I will look and check the other fuses in the block but if they seem just ot labeled numerically I believe thanks steve

thank you sir for the idea basically your saying run power from somewhere ealse to pin 6 I also checked fuses in the same line on the fuse box there are 8 fuse ports there is power to fuse 1. the next 2 ports ore open no fuse but there is power and then fuse 4-8 have no power they cover ecm etm and...
