We have had a few Odysseys as the family hauler. 200, 2010 and now 2011, all been great. I second checking out odyclub.com also delete the VCM as step one. There's a huge mega thread on the forum. I didn't know about it and finally did that with some other maintenance this year

It would have been simple but there was so much rust I had to use a pair of needle nose pliers with bent ends to push the tabs in and a small pry bar to push it out. It took 30 minutes it was crazy. I cleaned the connector from rust particles and fixed the tabs and everything is great now.

Replaced fuel filter, right engine mount and torque rod

Continued with some maintenance on my 05 XC70. Replaced the right engine mount and the torque rod mount. Also figured it would be a good time to replace the fuel filter. Rust everywhere made all these more difficult.

I used a Metra install kit for the Volvo everything worked perfect
I'll have to take pics. There's a ton of reviews on YouTube though showing all apps.

I knew there would be some vibration as when I switched on my weekend car there was but I think this is even more because my other mounts are also very worn. I'm going to change all the mounts and see what that does. If anything I'll have all new mounts and put the original upper mount back on

Replaced the top engine mount with a polyurethane one, replaced the strut bar bushings with solid units and replaced the cabin filter. I am definitely getting vibration in the cabin now even idling but driving it is so smooth and corners much better. I will be replacing all the engine mounts and see ...
