Found it, the vacuum hose was disconnected but sensor has no signal so I got to test the map connector and the map itself using a code reader

Gonna rule out the solenoid signal wire by snipping the old one off and putting a new pigtail on and seeing if it will go on easier/better.
If that doesnt work, then I'll test the solenoid itself.
