It's amazing oil (great specs), and cheap ($21/gal at Walmart). It is rated for gasoline engines. Link to some more information.

Search on "bobistheoilguy.com" . They have a lot of good things to say about it. I run it in my '90 240, and use German Castrol in the V70.

I did do compression test.
All of them were in a good condition - that's what the mechanic told me. But he also told me that there could be good compression but still the rings could pass oil through because of that poor thing design.
Also i did smell some volatile fuel ...
