I’m thinking of upgrading the brakes on my ‘06 S60 T5 with the S60R setup. Is this a direct swap upgrade? Will I need to buy front and rear R caliper carriers or anything else along side the calipers, discs and pads? I will probably change the brake lines while I’m at it.

So o ring was definitely busted but not sure how to remove this transparent washer-like thing so that I can replace the rubber o ring. Is it just brute force with a flathead?

I did a smoke test on my 03 S60R because my boost was a bit inconsistent. Noticed that it all seems to becoming out of one injector - is this likely a failed o-ring? Any other suggestions?

Hmm, sounds like this will be frustrating to solve. Is there an easy way to test the function of the pump?

In temperate climate it dies reliably every 10-11 years, much sooner in cold climate. My car is 20 years old and I just put my third pump.

The AWD will work for about 30-90 minutes when I clear the code but the fault will return. VIDA displays appropriate logging for the temperature and pressure until it cuts out which makes me think it's either a faulty DEM or the oil is so degraded it's preventing function
