NEW 850 Turbo Oil Cooler Lines (Upper and Lower)
Inlet and Outlet lines for 850 Turbos, '94-'97. I sold my car and never installed these lines. They sell for over $100 each on FCP Groton: http://www.fcpgroton.com/category-exec/category_id/215/nm/Turbocharger_Intercooler_Parts/sub_top_menu_item/by_make-by_model-by_year/by_make/78/by_model/1137/by_y...

This should hopefully be my final update under this topic. I completed the wheel bearing and control arm replacement today, which wasn't a big job at all (if you can do a PCV job, than this is a piece of cake!). Car is getting alignment done as we speak. The blue smoke appears to have subsided (Auto...

Oil cooler lines
'95 850 Turbo Wagon, 141k mi
What/where are the oil cooler lines?
I am pretty sure I need to replace both these lines (estimates from two different shops), so I'd also like to know what this repair typically costs for the DIYer both in $$ and time. Anybody do these jobs before?

PCV Clean, Smoking Dipstick remains '95 850 Turbo, 141,000mi
I spent a lot of time making sure everything was clean, and replaced hoses as necessary. Clamped everything up and it runs a little better, but the smoking dipstick is just as bad as before. I hear some hissing from the PTC, which I thought might be a problem since it was pretty rotted. I was wonder...

Thanks for all the great responses and advice. Since my last post, I've gotten a lot accomplished: 1. Tune up: New plugs (the old ones were worn, not crudded up in any way), Rotor, and Distributor Cap, and Oil Change/Air Filter. 2. Cleaned/Replaced entire PCV, including PTC. This eliminated the smok...

I appreciate the feedback, and all the useful links. I talked to the shop in regard to your two questions. My main concern would be the blue smoke from the exhaust. This means there's oil in the exhaust - either burned in the cylinder or leaked in, maybe from the turbo. What did the shop say about i...
