Prey out the three door trim panel base clips (white clips at the bottom of the door panel).

1. Remove ashtray.
2. Remove panel below ashtray to expose fuses (may have to put the gear selector in Reverse or Drive (make sure your parking brake is on or the wheels are stopped). Another option is to have your car on a flat surface so it doesn't roll away (still use the brake of course).

Fuse 26 (Audio) checks out ok. Volume is barely audible and not clear.

Update - purchased another CR-814 radio and it works but another problem surfaced. Volume is seriously low. Radio has to be turned to highest setting just to hear anything. I suspect that the AMP went bad. Tried the radio w/o the AMP plugged in and the volume was the same. Any other way of checking ...

CR-814 is not working. CD flashes (which it is suppose to do according the manual) but the radio will not turn on nor is there a COD message. There are no other messages either (not OFF or EEEEEE).
