So I replaced the resistor pack and the fan is still coming on by it's self. Can anyone offer any more help? Is there a resistor for the fan as well; I have read others saying they replaced the resistor for the fan.

Thanks for the info! Do you think the resistor pack is the same as what he is referring to? I know where that is located and will be simple to replace compared to pulling the fan out.

Thanks for the reminder. I did pull the kick panel off and saw that up high and to the left there were some relays, are these the ones you are referring to? I will take a look again tonight and see if pulling any of those works.

I have pulled all three of the J relays located in the engine compartment while the fan is running and none of them stopped it.
