The plastic cover under the engine of my daughter's car has been ripped away. When looking up parts, what would you call that? Any suggestions on who might sell replacement parts like that?

My daughter's AC blows cold air at a constant high speed. Does not respond to any of the buttons or knobs. It's been fine for the summer, but with Fall approaching I figure I should do something about it. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
