Front driver side strut mount creaking

For the last month or so, there have been moderate creaking sounds coming from the left front. They remind me of sounds I heard before the spring seat/strut mount in the 2005 XC70 failed spectacularly. :)

The struts were replaced by the previous owner maybe 10k miles ago. From the top I can see the ...

Advice re 2004 V70R 190k Manual

What are the typical issues with a manual V70R with 190k miles that I should look out for?

Thank you. Any guidance is much appreciated.

2001 V70 Replacing Driver Door

Is there any part of the old door that needs to be transferred to the replacement door for the key and remote key to work?

(searched but couldn't find any information)

Thank you.

Fender stay passenger side picture or diagram needed

An exhaustive search for a picture or a drawing/diagram for the passenger side fender stay has yielded nothing. I'm talking about the bracket that wraps around and holds the washer fluid reservoir. All Volvo parts diagram seem to be done from a front left view, and while there are both drawings and ...

2001 V70 Bulb Failure Dipped Beam -bulb, fuse, relay ok

So I have this wretched failed low beam problem, where the light is out, and it's not the bulb, fuse, or relay. There is no power to the socket for the left hand low beam fuse. No power to the light (I've read all I could find, know that there are multiple fuses, checked them all. Checked and ...

Re: V70 2.4L non-turbo 2001 P0032 Error Code - Oxygen Sensor

Just confirming, by 'upper' I'm referring to the one before the cat, accessed in the engine compartment. 'Lower' refers to the one after the cat, accessed from underneath the car. In each location is only one sensor.

And if you don't have the manual, and you're just starting out, it might be worth ...

Re: V70 2.4L non-turbo 2001 P0032 Error Code - Oxygen Sensor

Follow the wire. The socket/connector is a bit hard to reach, you'll need a long flat-blade screwdriver to release the plug. Inserting the new one is (somewhat) easier. Make sure you note the path of the wire and run the new one the same way (might seem obvious, but easy to miss if you just pull the ...

Found an interesting article about the design flaw of P2 parking brakes on the Atlantic Motorcar's Website:
