Hi Bill

You are totally accurate on the error the larger tire size will have on the speedometer, but I am sure there will not be any issues with the larger tires rubbing. I personally have 225-45/16 on the front and 245-45/16 on the rear of my 740 and they clear the fenders and struts.

The problem is that the lubricating grease, over time, breaks down and becomes very thick and sticky. There is no real way to disassemble the seat belt mechanism to clean and re-lube it. Unfortunately the only solution is to replace the seatbelt.

I have had to replace 3 of my belts

I have upgraded mine with 310mm x 32mm direction veined rotors and Wilwood SL6 (6 piston) front calipers. Needless to say the braking is incredable. I guarantee that if you do not know what you are doing you WILL blow up the engine. Yes Volvo makes very strong and reliable engine but if you just crank up the boost all it takes is simple detonation and the engine is toast.

Many filters claim many things. Their filters are not bad but be carefull, free flowing filters can have their downside. Lower resitance to airflow and higher dirt past filter

The entire engine is new, here are the spec's:

- custom blueprinted & race preped Ford 5.0L roller shortblock
- Forged 10.5:1 pistons
- DSS main stud girdle
- DSS windage tray
- complete ARP stainless steel bolt/stud set throughout
- Crane cam 224/232 duration @ 0.050
