if you know the specific angle for it yup you can DIY on the wall your self, otherwise you need to go to shop that have inspection headlight angle to do so.

Sorry guys for the delay reply, I have done this before to change the headliner once, the back clip is just need to turn 90 degrees and it fall off, and you need to exit if in front pasanger door to remove it out from the car. hope this helps.

try to tighten the bolt as recomended using torque wrench and clean the oil surface on that area, if lucky you don't need to replace the gasket and helps keeping you budjet
