OK Thanks guys, I will replace the voltage regulator and go from there. The dealer here in town wants $140 US just to read the codes :x . I have a code reader but it is not the Volvo system. So for $40 I can buy a Bosch regulator and even the OEM wiring harness for the same cost the dealer wants jus...

2001 S80 burns out headlights constantly

So we have had this S-80 for about 4 years now and have replaced the headlights 6 times! I just put yet another new set in today. I noticed the inside part of the headlamp moves around. Founds the small lamp in the headlamp burned out. Had a shop look at the SRS issue and they found a RT FT seat belt tensioner code. They reset it and told me if it comes back on the the have to install a resister into the connector and see if it goes out. If it does the tensioner is bad if it do not...

Roll the window down, close the door and arm the alarm with the fob, then reach in and open the door using the inside door handle, if everything is working the horn should sound and lights flash.

Andrew I also have the same code "EVAP major leak" however I have not taken it in. Before I order your part # 9470775 is there anything else I should look at? I understand there is a hose somewhere near the right rear of the car that also can go bad? Have read something about a recall camp...
