Please could someone help me out!! I have made the tool locally and followed the recommendation to re-assemble the engine. When completed I could turn the engine , it did fired but the two first cylinder seem to not responding. I replaced the sparks and checked the injectors ,they seem to work fine ...

I have followed the recommendation so far , have re-assembled all the parts . The engine turns on but two cylinders, the first and the second are not working .What could be the problem.

I did that but no success yet. Could the crankshaft pulley has been as well removed and not been re-aligned. How can I make sure that the crankshaft is where it is supposed to be when the cams are aligned on their original marks. It's a real mess and do not even know that the crankshaft is in place....

That sounds really good start but seems like the tool I have is not for my volvo xc 90 but for BMW which means I shall order a new alignment tool.
Which handy one would you recommend me at very good price.
