traced the wiring back to the ECM. there is 5 volts on the output like there should be and 4.2volts at idle coming back.

I am trying to diagnose my MAP sensor issues. I replaced the MAP sensor and I'm still getting the code.
My diagnostic tool has the MAP output at 119kPa and it doesn't change.

Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you refill through the dipstick hole.

If your brakes have been done recently check the position of the metal clip. It can be put on wrong pushing the brake caliper out into the wheel.
