Does anyone have any experience replacing the stock speakers in the front door of an s80 (in particular 2000-2002).

How difficult is it. Does it require removing the inside of the door or will the grill just pop off?

And, I do not hear the motor running when I press the lever, so I think it does make sense that it would be the switch.
