i mentioned this on volvospeed and got chastized before i could even explain myself, but i have done more research and thinking, i know that a dsm turbo will not bolt directly up to volvo, however i was thinking that if you fully disassemble the turbo, removing the intake and hotside of a dsm 20g ...

even if you change out all the sensors you still need to change the harness? im still a noob to volvos, i remember going through all this type of thing with my dsm

maybe check the line all the way from the master cylinder to the caliper and see if it got crushed or pinched somehow? thats really wierd, the other thing that you could check is the rubber hose to see if it has cracked or anything, when i bought my volvo those rubber hoses were in need of replacement

had similar issues with an 850, you'll find your fuel pump relay under an access panel where your fuses are under your hood, remove that panel and pull relay #103 place a jumper wire between pin 15 and 87, sounds confusing, will become apparent when you pull the relay, you can use a wire or paper ...

you would think that if the bleeder valve was dirty that there would be enough pressure to blow that junk out though right?

now this may be something that your totally not interested in doing, but i would wonder if it would be possible to swap the manifolds and all the necessary sensors from the old motor onto the new one, use the same wire harness and ecu, tcu may still need to be changed and you would need to run lower ...

ok so i just drove home for lunch, i didnt take the line directly from the compressor to the wastegate, but i punched a few times and hit full boost with no problems whatsoever electrical? ignition maybe? now im really confused
