Well it was in fact the Fuel Pump relay. I guess there is a loose connection or something. It is completely clipped down but will every now and then loose connection and it will die/or not start.

Do any of the ecu Chips or reflashes actually take out the factory over boost limiter. In other words can you run more that 15psi?

So my question (after hours of searching) is are there any chips out there or ecu flashes or whatever that actually take out the 1 bar of boost fuel cut out? I know that there are quite a few guys out there running high boost, maybe someone can help me out here.

Looking into the evap valve some more doesnt it throw a code? i have zero codes.

Yeah it is completely rando, but hasnt done it on the highway and i have driven 70+ miles in one direction. It has died twice in town though, in the same day. Yeah i would say completely random.
