I was wondering what that line was for when I cleaned my throttle body yesterday. But what I really want to know is does my 95 940 wagon (non-turbo) have a vacuum tree and WHERE is it?

I want to seafoam "Black Betty" but I am starting to think she doesn't have a vacuum tree. Can anyone tell me where the vacuum tree is for a 95 940 wagon? If there is not a vacuum tree what is the best way to seafoam? Thanks.
