It should be in the manual.
Press and hold the window down button (but not fully depressed in the auto down mode) until the window goes down and continue to hold down for a few seconds. Repeat the same procedure to put the window up. The window should be programmed for auto down now.

Good video, but if you don't have the air tools, it is easier to leave the crank pulley on, and removed the two bolts on the plastic guard toward the front of the pulley. Then the flossing of the belt off and on around the crank pulley. I just did my timing belt and second this recommendation. So m...
