Just received a DAVICO cat assembly for my 99 S70(non-T). I was wondering if anyone has installed or had one installed..?

Comparing the flange on the OE cat assy. to the replacement, I noticed that the flange on the new one looks a tad bit larger than the OE...Anyone else experience ...

I'm willing to bet that this issue is directly related to either the cam position sensor or the crankshaft position sensor...if your vehicle is so equipped...
