Does the 2002 Volvo s80 T6 have a installed or does the pump work strictly from the relay in the CEM ?

Swapped mills in my Volvo S80-T6, also replaced head gasket now car cranks but won't start, compression good, timing on the money, good fuel pressure,
Also replaced engine harness, it was in sad shape open and frayed and green oxidized wires. and had Xemodex test ECM, CEM, and key, all works fine ...

Is the pem used on the 2002 s80 t6 and if so where is it located

I have a new set of 4 tires from my old 850, can I use them on my just acquired 2003 v70 base wagon, Volvo asks for 195/65/r15's I want to use 195/60/r15, is this okay or could there be transmission damage caused by the different profile ?
