Two questions:
1) My car has a working VVT system. Would moving to a short intake as you did above, make a huge diff over what I have?
2) Tell me more about the air filter and intake system that you used. Is that something custom?

Is there a way to guess where the system is clogged based on whether the dipstick or oil fill has more back pressure?

Mine sticks on a regular basis now. I keep a long skinny flat screwdriver( or my knife ) in my car, and on the 1994 855 atleast you can just reach the arm that locks the door if you pop the door open slighty. Grab the little black bar( the locking bar ) and slide it towards the rear of the car ...

Wow..... That has applications and benefits in almost every area of daily life. Thats very impressive.

I use simple green for all of my degreasing jobs now. Its bio-degradeable( or supposed to be) and smells good, too.

There was a little bit of cutting at the back, because the lenses and reflector go in a little deeper. Only did put in the inner part
of the BMW . It's just a frame that you put in and connect to the Volvo wires in the Volvo headlamp. So you keep the original connector.
