2003 S60 256K miles. Original owner. The car seems to drive fine but I can't believe my struts are still doing the job like they should.
Thoughts?

Recirc Motor
My recirc motor appears to only work when the fan is operating. this is something That is new. It's always worked before regardless if the fans were running or not. Thoughts anyone?

The air is coming from the top of the duct work vice the cabin filter access cover. I'm wondering I'd the seal between the fresh air cowling and the fresh air duct is compromised. Thoughts anyone?

I have suspected the cabin filter. I recently had the 120K service and figured the cabin filter compartment may not have been seated properly. But I haven't sourced the leak in that area yet.

Passenger Side Air Leak
I've noticed that I have an air leak under the dash passenger side. I've removed the lower trim and glove box to investigate. The leak is fresh air. When the recirc is on, the air leak is greater than when the recirc is off. I'm still looking for the source of the leak... anyone have an idea? I'm go...

Should I spray glue on the new material and the headliner shell? The glue instructions say both surfaces should have glue applied. But the post doesn't refer to spaying glue to the new material.
