Have 95' 850 with same "missing" hose

My cruise control has only one line on it also. It looks like there is a nipple where another line would go, but I have no idea where the line is. The cruise does not work.

95' 850 2-3-1 code fixed

I have had this problem for a while, and was unable to find any intake leaks by spraying carb cleaner around suspect areas. I dissasembled all of the intake hoses, and found a large tear in the one that connects to the throttle. The hoses were very soft, so I would recommend checking yours. I must h...

Connect PDA to OBDII

I have been thinking about buying an interface to connect my Palm or laptop to my 95 950. Has anybody tried this? I am looking at [http://www.qcontinuum.org/obdgauge/index.htm].[/url]

Jack, This car would have to have a great price. I paid $800 to have the rear main seal replaced on my 850. It's a big job, involving removal of the tranny. The crank sensor is no big deal. If you like to work on cars, the 850 is for you. I love driving mine, so it's worth it to me and cheaper than ...

I will look again to find where the vacuum line went. I did download the manual, and it looks good. I saw that there is even a vacuum line diagram. The O2 sensor cured the codes (can't remember) that indicated the cat may have been bad. It did help the problem, but maybe it is not quite the right pa...

Cocka,

I am in the U.S. and it looks like the part is about $100 (U.S.) Do you mean that this part is also a neutral safety switch? I think I will replace it with a new one after going through the trouble to remove it.

850T still has 2-3-1 code

My 95' 850 turbo wagon still has a 2-3-1 code in socket A2. After the code is cleared, it will appear again after a few highway miles. I was advised to look for vacuum leaks, and am unable to find any, including the elbow hidden near the power steering pump. The cruise control also does not work, an...

Is the PNP switch a neutral safety?

The starter on my 95' 850T sometimes won't crank until I move the shift lever back and forth a few times. This seems to me like a classic neutral safety switch problem. Is this switch the same part as the "PNP" switch on top of the tranny that I see mentioned so often in 850 forums? There ...

850T with 2-3-1 code

I still get code 2-3-1 in socket A2, after recently relacing the front O2 sensor and throttle position sensor because of some other codes I had. The car runs fine. What's causing this "Long term fuel trim part load at upper or lower limit" fault?

850T has codes 231,443,435

I have had codes 231,443,435 return twice now after resetting the A2 socket. The car runs OK, although I suspect it may have a little less than normal acceleration.

From my research, it looks like I may have a bad front O2 sensor, or a bad CAT. How can I tell which is the problem?
