that's a good idea. not sure how that would work with the flanged end. I tried oil tape and putting a brass new brass fitting but it still leaks... I may try it anyway...

thanks. i ended up ordering a new radiator but will need to cut atf lines and put new nuts on the end. I will need to use rubber hose in the middle. any suggestions on what house to use?

I see there may be two different size radiators for the 96 960 radiator? the difference is the thickness - one something and a 1/4 and the the other is the same and 5/8. cracked radiator at top hose connection lead to over heating. replaced radiator - unfortunately the head gasket went. white smoke pours out exhaust. has anyone ever tried myduraseal? I don't like using sealer but don't want to replace head gasket.. any thoughts? thank you...
