Turbo Oil return rubber/plastic seal on the oil pipe into the block was the culprit. I have a video I'll throw up later it needs edited just too long. Can't believe it could throw so much oil. It dropped three quarts out on my initial test drive after getting everything put together. Off to the deal...

Yeah, you have to remove the upper mount and get everything out of the way.
