Norbert's farts don't pass smog

I am here again because my (1995 850 T Wgn) failed his smog, not for the first time.
I have hard times financially, nobody to help out with repair mentoring but this forum.
I am smart and tough, so I am willing to give this one a shot.

I have noticed the car needs the PCV system repair. I bought ...

Re: Soft Hose indentification 1995 850 T WGN

Thanks so much for all replies. I got the hose online for 11.00 with the OEM part number. I was quoted at least 60.00 just for the hose from every mechanic I asked. I realize now that the oil is a result of a clogged PCV system. This hose problem was causing sporadic power loss.
The damn thing had a ...

Soft Hose indentification 1995 850 T WGN

Can someone please help me id this?
I have a great mechanic, who upon noting a hole in one of the turbo hoses, proceeded to tape it, even though
it is under pressure and gushing oil everywhere. Give me a break, I am not a mechanic and don't have a dad.

This is probably supposed to be a hard hose ...

Re: 1995 850 Wgn Short in fuse 15 HELP!

Yes, fuse 15 is interior lights and remote. Driver door makes great sense since it has been opened by a locksmith recently. I will try that, thanks.

Re: 1995 850 Wgn Glued door locks

I appreciate the suggestion to use solvent, but unfortunately I am past that stage, and it is no surprise that it didn't work considering the capillary action effect that will move the glue further into the locking system making it hard to penetrate, the lack of ability to scrub the inside of ...

Re: 1995 850 Wgn Short in fuse 15 HELP!

Rick
'Thank you. That would be helpful if I wanted to bypass the remote, but I would like it to work and the interior lights as well.
I appreciate your thoughtfulness.

1995 850 Wgn Glued door locks

Hi
Can anyone offer advice on fixing glued door locks. All have been glued.
I would remove the cylinder as per directions in Haynes but I cannot insert the key.....
I would like to pull one from the junkyard and replace to keep costs down versus dealer, or the horror of a locksmith (so far 300 for ...

1995 850 Wgn Short in fuse 15 HELP!

For Christmas this year I got a present from the Grinch.
I found my alarm light flashing rapidly and could not get in with the remote.
I broke in with a hanger and the ignition kill was initiated. (flashing lights and no start)
I might have made a mistake here, forgive my ignorance, but then I ...
