If it "won't make it home" my money is on RMS. Likely resulting from pcv neglect. If you're thinking of pulling the transmission it should be of little worry. Realistically what else could it be? Damaged sum perhaps?

Hey that's great glad you got it. I'm a little disappointed I got it wrong. In my experience the engine will idle without MAF but then die suddenly when you give it gas.

Thanks for everyone's help, I've ordered the parts and cannot wait to install them. I've also had to order different steering stops to help stop the wheels rubbing on the wheel well. Hopefully this will cure the vibration. Soon back to troubleshooting squeaks and rattles on my V70. I'll keep updating!

You just have to run a line (supplied) from the lighting unit to the positive terminal on your battery (it'll connect via a fuse), then use the supplied taps to connect to the appropriate wire that drives the lights in the rear. Yeah I've pretty much done the other mounts on my v70 it's those front and rear mounts that worry me. I found the video from fcp and it doesn't look too bad. I just don't want to mess anything up when I jack up the engine. It should be fun.
