Also make sure the dash red LED is blinking when the car is locked, otherwise there is a microswitch malfunctioning (usually at the hood)

As above, when you lock the doors, do you see the red dash LED blinking ? May also want to drive the car for a while to have the internal siren battery recharged, just to make sure, and check again the siren fuse is good

If a coil, spark plug or injector is bad it's easy to check it. Check the rear block ground wire just behind Cyl #1. For the cruise control, it may be a vacuum issue so check all hoses around the turbo, or sometimes the brake switch sensor at the brake booster.

I was getting a "brake" message when connected, it was a faulty relay but I had the older 01-03 CEM model. People were saying this could be because of a BCM "partial" internal issue. THe washer ones are better because it prevents friction at the wheel alloy seat: the washer stays fixed and the lug rotates around the washer. On the non washer ones the lug rotates directly against the wheel seat and tends to have too much friction making correct tightening torque difficult to ...

See the two answers above, make sure the filter is clean, and look inside the engine bay if the AC lines got frozen. That will be a faulty evap sensor. Otherwise, you may have an issue with the CCM blend doors, possibly from a faulty cabin temp thermistor (different part), or some CCM calibration ...
