2005 d5 oil level sensor
Hi all. My brother in law got a 2005 v70 d5. The 120kw. Which needs a new oill level sensor. I checked a bit, but can only find a 230 euro volvo part? https://www.skandix.de/de/fahrzeug-teile/motor/oelkreislauf/schalter-sensor/sensor-motoroelstand/2590/ When I search the parts catalog for for instan...

Re: 2004 d5 163hp AWD
Eeugh.. I checked the video and read the comments.. So much problems I've already seen on our 850 T5. It was fun in combination with the fast T5 engine on LPG. And every car has its problems. But not gonna have that on a hungry diesel that is supposed to be our reliable family car. I will just skip ...

2004 d5 163hp AWD
Hi all. My wife needs a car. So I was looking for a second car. A Vag TDI.... :( Cause its very hard to beat their mileage and 4wd system. My audi a4 estate does 50mpg on highway easy. 40mpg is my citytraffic while not even trying. Overtaking and all. My parents' Audi a6 V6 TDI 180hp quattro still d...

Re: Looking for a diesel now. need some general info
Make that a trip to Budapest! ;) I left the rainy country for my wife's sunny country :) Guess I should change my avatar flag now. Diesel is good! Nice and cheap :) Nice high torque in low revs. Always ready to jump. as opposed to the T5 which only jumps if in correct revrange and gear. 300nm in the...

Looking for a diesel now. need some general info
Hi all. The benzine t5 is sadly gone. it hurt a lot, but in the end I just had no way to bring it or fix it in time for our move abroad. The audi a4 tdi I drive now is awesome at mileage, though terrible at comfort and size. Plus the forum support is basicly non existent. So I would really like all ...

Missing the volvo, but there might be light at the end of the tunnel
So sadly I did exactly nothing to the Volvo. Well ok.. I did something. I stole a wiper and wiperfluid out of it and put it in our audi. Had no time to work on it cause to make things harder, I bought a house 1400km away, got a job there and have to move within a couple of weeks. Sadly noone gives a...

:D Now you said it, I too really need one of those cordless impact guns.. I think I will hand down my gedores to my children too ;) It will be a family thing where grandpa-me will show of his scars and talk about working on cars again and again and again till everyone is completely bored out of his ...
