1998 V70 T5 Need help with vac line routing

My main problem is this: The diagram sticker on my car and the web only shows two lines coming off the manifold but there is three lines not two. One is the fuel return, one to a check valve then purge valve but where does the third go to? Here is a picture of the third hose? http://i6.photobucket.c...

Re: FINALLY, a Vacuum Hose Diagram Topic is solved

I'll check again but I'm pretty sure it is, thanks Lee. It's a little more confusing because I have a full SAS delete. I ended up plugging the line coming off the green star check valve (pictured below) and running the yellow star line to above where the green star check valve line ends up near the ...

Re: FINALLY, a Vacuum Hose Diagram Topic is solved

Could use some help with anyone with some input. I just did a PCV repair job and need help getting my vac lines back in the correct place. The problem is the diagram on my hood and in this forum do not seem to match reality. Take a look at the pictures below. The diagram where the red star is shows ...

Re: MAF Vacuum hoses and p0172 and p0102 codes. Yay!

Oh I get it now, thanks for the close-up. I thought the green clip was connected to the manifold. It looks to me like someone has bypassed the original setup (the line with the green clip) and connected a replacement to the nipple, then simply left the old line in place. However since the car is th...

Re: MAF Vacuum hoses and p0172 and p0102 codes. Yay!

Followed the green clip hose and it leads to the PTC and is the thick hose coming straight off the top of the PTC. Is it supposed to connect to the oil separator? The other hose with the white dot also goes back to the PTC and comes off the top with an elbow. In the pic below the green clip hose is ...

Re: MAF Vacuum hoses and p0172 and p0102 codes. Yay!

Sorry if I am confusing you. And thank you for the quick reply BTW. I might be confusing you because I am confused also. I have a close up below. I can't find where the green clip end is supposed to connect to because where it looks like it might go there is already a vac line connected with a white...

Re: MAF Vacuum hoses and p0172 and p0102 codes. Yay!

If you look slightly to the right of the green clip there is already an elbow and vac line connected there with a white mark on it.

Re: MAF Vacuum hoses and p0172 and p0102 codes. Yay!

Hi My 99' V70 T5 is throwing both of the codes in this thread. I checked the elbow under the PS pump and thermostat and it looks connected and in good shape. There is however another insulated hose and elbow right next to it that is disconnected and I cannot figure out what it is supposed to connect...
