check the "J" relays in the fuse box panel (4 screws hold the cover). they often get dusty. they just need to be cleaned and put back in. problem should go away.

are you sure it is the third seat? it could be squeeky strut or shock mounts. the sound can move around like that.
i would check the front strut mounts. wd-40 the top of the strut tower and see what happens
