Not sure exactly where it goes, but that's a vacuum line. Find where it goes and your hesitation will probably go away.

Look up a vacuum routing for your model and you might find where it goes.

After cleaning the IAC the rest of the way, I was able to drive the car again. Took it for about a hour drive down some back roads, then a small highway. Drove like a dream.
