Ok its in place now and i actually see some minor improvement in boost pressure @spool, but it cant hold it till redline (1,2-1,3bar), so it has to be the wastegate actuator.

I would recommended the Pierburg "HD" unit which is used on Porsches/Rovers. I build the IPD unit, but I wasn't impressed to be honest. Pierburg TCV 7.22908.03.0 Is there really some internal difference? I can see its half the price of original black Pierburg unit found on these cars ~15€...

I got also one sensor from 99 XC. And i tested them, pin 2 (the signal out was 0,9-1,5V with working pump), it came out it wasnt the bad sensor. It was engine ecu. Luckily i had another ecu, and it is working. Fol-FCR is showing correct values now. But climate pump still switches off after ~5min, so...
