I did give up and take it to a local independent volvo tech. Turns out I had the bad luck of installing a faulty fuel pump the last time. So I purchased another and it started right up after they installed it. This will be the 5th fuel pump in this vehicle

Absolutely, each time I charge the battery I pull the negative. It may be an old wives tale but I heard years ago to disconnect it just in case you don’t blow any of the computer components.

Replaced the fuel pump with a warranty replacement. Found the issue, it was a kink in the line coming from the sender unit. I tried unplugging the MAF, didn't do anything but throw the MAF codes. Reconnected, reset the DTCs by disconnecting the battery. Then attempted another start up, it came on for about 1 second and died. Still only giving me the ECM-P151B68 code.
